:Returns are accept for an exchange ONLY within 7DAYS of receiving your order. Hair MUST NOT be returned unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn or altered in any way for an exchange.

:Customers are fully responsible for the cost of shipping hair back to us with a tracking number. Iconic Lace will not be responsible for any lost returns.
